Constructed during the winter of 2020 Long River Estate is currently a six bedroom, three full bath executive waterfront home centrally located on the Sou- West River in Long River PEI. This home sleeps 16 people and has an open concept living room gourmet kitchen with propane cooktop, quartz counter and custom built cabinets. The open concept also offers a propane fireplace and an amazing view of the Sou- West River. The walk out basement also consists of large family room with tv and fireplace. This property is nestled on over an acre and a half of waterfront property on beautiful Prince Edward Island. Newly constructed this spring is an inground pool with deep end along with large cement deck to enjoy all the summer outdoors.

Summary: We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, spacious, comfortable, clean and well-equipped home in a very peaceful setting with outstanding views. Centrally located right on Long River, it was easy to get to Summerside for shopping as well as Stanley Bridge, Cavendish, and Rustico for beaches, golf and restaurants. We enjoyed lounging at the pool and hot tub, dining al fresco on the large deck, playing cards at the dining room table, and toasting marshmallows at the fire pit for s'mores. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was very responsive to us and we highly recommend this incredible vacation home. We definitely hope to return again!
